The City of Montevallo has several volunteer based boards. Many of these boards were created by the City of Montevallo City Council, while others may be partnerships with outside entities. These boards serve functions within the city such as reviewing site plans for incoming businesses, or setting rules and guidelines for the parks, as examples. These boards can make recommendations to the City Council and are a great way become civically engaged in our community.
