Arbor Day Celebration 2026
MONTEVALLO ARBOR DAY CELEBRATION 2026
Montevallo, Alabama - On Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, the Montevallo Arbor and Beautification Board will hold “Arbor Day Celebration 2026” at the Recycling Center, 1120 Overland Road. This year will mark the 34th annual Arbor Day Celebration in Montevallo.
As a part of the Montevallo Tree City Experience we will have tables set up outside, under tents if necessary, where you can pick bare root tree seedlings. The format this year will be the same as last year.
The trees will be available from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm or until supplies run out. As in the past these trees will be free.
The seedlings available should include Red Maple, Riverbirch, Roughleaf Dogwood, Kousa Dogwood, Ginkgo Biloba, Eastern Red Cedar, Sycamore, White Oak, Baldcypress and American Elm.
