Case No. SN21-009– Lexington Parc Phase 4 – Preliminary Plat This is a request from Katie Flaim, on behalf of the property owner, Stars & Stripes 3M, LLC, for the approval of a preliminary plat to subdivide 47.72 acres into 153 residential lots to be known as Lexington Parc Phase 4.  The subject property is identified as Lexington Parc Residential Subdivision and is located in the City of Montevallo off Freedom Parkway, adjacent to and east of Montevallo Road (Alabama Highway 119).  The subject property is zoned R-2 SD, Single Family Special District and situated in Section 2, Township 22 South, Range 03 West; Parcel Identification Nos. 58-27-1-02-005-032.000 and 58-27-1-02-0-005-033.000 (part).
