NOTICE: We have been notified that Norfolk Southern plans to close three area railroad crossings for one - two days each to perform maintenance in the coming days:  Wednesday, Jan. 8: Highway 17 crossing near Ryan Baptist Church (Marked blue on map. This is in unincorporated Shelby County)  Thursday, Jan. 9: Butler Road near the Grande View subdivision (marked red on map)  Monday, Jan. 13: Highway 260 in Brantleyville near Tulip Lane (marked yellow on map) Shelby County Alabama will have an inspector monitoring the work and obtaining updates on their progress and schedule adjustments.
