NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Section 11-43-50 of the Legislature of Alabama, the Montevallo City Council will hold a meeting for a Public Hearing on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 6:00 pm at 541 Main Street in Montevallo, Alabama, for the purpose of acting on the following items:
C24-001 Jean Home Helping Care – Conditional Use
This is a request from Marietta Fields Chappell, Jean Home Helping Care, LLC, property owner, for the approval of a conditional use to allow for the development of a Group Care Home, as listed in Article 11.02 B of the City of Montevallo Zoning Regulations. The subject property is zoned R-2 Single-Family Dwelling District and located at 120 Peach Street [77 Peach Street] in the Aldrich community. (Parcel ID 58-27-4-19-4-007-001.003)
All persons who so desire shall have an opportunity to speak in favor of or in opposition to the above case.
