 REMEMBER these COLD WEATHER TIPS when TEMPERATURES are EXPECTED to be at FREEZING or BELOW! Allow water to DRIP (not run freely). When Temperature rises above FREEZING be sure to turn your water back OFF! Check on neighbors that are homebound. Most of all, BE SAFE!
